I think that for anyone who feels a little... dissociated... a little broken, this could be a story about you too. Chapter One: Murmurs in the Rain [Part I] "Rain? "Yes, Murmur?" "Why do you love me?" "Because you are you." Murmur paused. "Oh." Rain smiled. "Rain?" "Yes, Murmur?" "I think someone is in my room." Chapter One: Murmurs in the Rain [Part II] Rain could feel it again, that age-old pull hellward. Her soul was so heavy, and the demons had free reign today. The rain poured down outside in the dark sky as it had been for days without change, but it had no effect. She was never sad in the rain, but she supposed this was deeper than sadness. She had a baby blue stocking cap on, with dark blue writing on it, and a baby blue baby t-shirt with a white long sleeve shirt under it, that looked like Murmur's outfit if Murmur were a lame-ass Abercrombie twelve-year-old.
